What is ConKarma?
A private, family-first app for habits, rituals, and shared progress. Think of it as a calm space for the people you love most — not another feed to scroll.
Who is it for?
Families, partners, and close friends who want a small, private place of their own. Age-appropriate surfaces mean it works for kids and grown-ups without awkward mode switching.
Is it really free?
The core experience — your Cell, habits, journals, daily quests, streaks, the cell economy in DNA — is free for individual and family use. We have paid tiers on top: an adult-tier subscription for couple-facing content (Ember), premium cosmetics and habit packs that expand the catalog, and gift currency for sending DNA to a cell-mate. See /pricing for the full breakdown. The free experience stays comprehensive — the paid tiers are additive, not gates on what you already have.
What do you do with my data?
We use it to run the app. We never sell it, never share it with advertisers, and never feed it into third-party models. You can export or delete everything, any time.
Which devices are supported?
iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Linux, and the Web. One account syncs across all of them — you only sign in once per device. Apple Watch and Wear OS surfaces (WatchGlance v2, streak + next-mission complications) ship after our paid-team enrollment with each platform's developer programme; the foundation is already in the app.
How do I reset my password?
Use the reset-password page on this site. We will email you a 6-digit code. Links in our emails land on this site, not on the app directly, so you can reset from any device.
When do you ship things?
When they're ready, not when they're ambitious-feeling. The team is small and the bar is high — we'd rather hold a feature back than push out a half-formed version because someone external thinks we should hit a date. If you're curious about what's actively being worked, /changelog is the running record. If you're interested in early access or partnership, contact us.
How do I report a bug or reach support?
See the About page. The in-app support path is the fastest once you are signed in; the email addresses on the About page are the fallback.
